The Senate meets at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 5th. The Senate will resume consideration of the motion to discharge from Banking Committee PN1523 Julia Ruth Gordon to be an Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. At 10:30 a.m., the Senate will vote on the motion to discharge the Gordon nomination. Following this vote, the Senate will resume Legislative Session, and then ML Schumer is expected to move to proceed to Executive Session in order to consider Executive Calendar #860 Ketanji Brown Jackson to be Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States from the Committee on the Judiciary. A roll call vote is expected on this motion.
