At 11:30 a.m. the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:
1. Confirmation of the Crane nomination.
2. Cloture on the nomination of Dale Ho to be a District Judge for the Southern District of New York.
Following the vote on the Ho nomination, we anticipate the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to accommodate the weekly caucuses.
We also anticipate there will be further votes today.
