7:08 p.m. By a vote of 48-43, the Senate confirmed the nomination of Ana de Alba to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.

5:31 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination of Ana de Alba to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.

5:06 p.m. Senator Blackburn spoke about the American Military and SCOTUS Ethics.

5:03 p.m. Majority Schumer asked unanimous consent for at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican Leader but no later than Saturday, November 18th, the Senate will vote on cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.815, vehicle for a continuing resolution.

4:45 p.m. Senator Cornyn spoke about the southern border.

The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and following any Leader remarks will resume consideration of the nomination of Ana de Alba to be a Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will proceed to two votes:
1.Confirmation of the nomination of Ana de Alba to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.
2. Cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.815, vehicle for a continuing resolution.
