The Senate will convene at 12:00 noon and resume consideration of the message to accompany S. 1383, the legislative vehicle for the SAVE Act. At 1:00 p.m. the Senate will vote on cloture on the nomination of Senator Mullin to be Secretary of Homeland Security.
