The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and following any leader remarks resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.2810,Ā National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018; post cloture.Ā Under unanimous consent, Senator Paul has up to four hours of post cloture debate on the motion to proceed.
The Senate will recess from 12:30-2:15 p.m. to accommodate the caucus luncheons.
