Senator Johnson objected and proposed a modification to Cantwell’s unanimous consent request, requesting the Senate stand in recess for 3 hours. Senator Cantwell objected.

Senator Scott (FL) requested a modification to Cantwell’s unanimous consent request requesting the unanimous consent request be delayed until the Senate returns from recess on June 7. Senator Cantwell objected.

Senator Lee objected to Cantwell’s original unanimous consent request. Senator Cantwell responded.

11:27 p.m. The motion to direct the Sergeant at Arms to request the attendance of absent senators was agreed to, 84 to 7.

10:26 p.m. Senate conducted a live quorum and finding a quorum not present, began a vote on the motion to direct the Sergeant at Arms to request the attendance of absent senators.

4:09 p.m. Roll call vote began on the Crapo amendment #1562 with a 60 vote threshold.

4:08 p.m. The Rubio amendment was tabled, 55-40.
