The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of the nomination of Maria A. Lanahan to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri.
At approximately 11:45 a.m. the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Lanahan nomination, followed by the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Robert Law to be Under Secretary for Strategy, Policy, and Plans, Department of Homeland Security.
Following the vote on the Law nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for weekly caucus lunches.
At approximately 2:15 p.m., if cloture is invoked on the Law nomination, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Law nomination followed by the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Kyle Christopher Dudek to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida.
If cloture is invoked on the Dudek nomination, there would be up to 2 hours of debate followed by a roll call vote on confirmation of the Dudek nomination.
