Res. 45, to provide for the use of the catafalque situated in the crypt in the rotunda of the Capitol to be used for the memorial service for the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
6:26 p.m. By a vote of 65 to 25, the Senate invoked cloture on the nomination of Edward Meyers to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
