7:22 p.m. The Senate adjourned and will next convene at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16th. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of H.J. Res. 42, disapproving the action of the District of Columbia Council in approving the Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022.
The Senate will recess from 12:30 to 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus lunches.
At 2:30 p.m. the Senate will vote on passage of H.J. Res. 42.
