At 11:00am, His Excellency Isaac Herzog, President of Israel, will address a Joint Meeting of Congress in the Hall of the House of Representatives. Senators should gather in the Senate Chamber at 10:20am and will proceed as a body to the House Chamber at 10:30am.

6:30 p.m. The Senate is currently voting on cloture on the motion to proceed to S.2226, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The motion was agreed to by a roll call vote of 72-25.
5:30 p.m. The Senate is voting on the confirmation of Rachel Bloomekatz to be a US Circuit Judge for the 6th Circuit. The nomination was confirmed by a roll call vote of 50 – 48.

Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and following any Leader remarks, will resume consideration of the nomination of Rachel Bloomekatz to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit.
At approximately 5:30 p.m. the Senate will proceed to two votes:
1. Confirmation of the Bloomekatz nomination.
2. Cloture on the motion to proceed to S.2226, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
