Senator Paul is expected to make a motion to discharge S.J.Res.44, a joint resolution directing the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities in the Republic of Niger that have not been authorized by Congress, from the Foreign Relations Committee.
At 11:30 a.m., the Senate is expected to proceed to two roll call votes:

2. Braun amendment (1182) to HR 4366 to prohibit earmarks.
Following the Braun amendment vote, the Senate will move to the consideration of S.J.Res.42, a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval of the rule submitted by the Food and Nutrition Service relating to “Application of Bostock v.
