- Motion to invoke cloture on Maria Lanahan to be a District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri.
- Motion to invoke cloture on Edward Artau to be a District Judge for the Southern District of Florida
If cloture is invoked on the Lanahan and Aratu nominations, the Senate will vote on confirmation at a time to be determined but no earlier than Monday September 8th, 2025.
