At 11:30 a.m. the Senate will hold two roll call votes on the following:
- Motion to invoke cloture on Maria Lanahan to be a District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri.
- Motion to invoke cloture on Edward Artau to be a District Judge for the Southern District of Florida
If cloture is invoked on the Lanahan and Aratu nominations, the Senate will vote on confirmation at a time to be determined but no earlier than Monday September 8th, 2025. Following the Aratu vote, the Senate will resume consideration of the Motion to Proceed to H.R. 2296, the National Defense Authorization Act.
