6:36 p.m. By a vote of 44-43, the Senate invoked cloture on the nomination of Terrance Cole to be Administrator of Drug Enforcement.

5:30 p.m. The Senate is currently voting on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Terrance Cole to be Administrator of Drug Enforcement.
4:50 p.m. Leader Thune called up and filed a motion to invoke cloture on each of the following nominations:
- Zachary M. Bluestone to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri
- Aaron Szabo to be an Assistant Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency
- Matthew Lohmeier to be Under Secretary of the Air Force
- Richard Topping to be Chief Financial Officer, Department of Veterans Affairs

At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will proceed to a cloture vote on the nomination of Terrance Cole to be Administrator of Drug Enforcement.
At a time to be determined the Senate will vote on confirmation of the following nominations:
- Joshua M. Divine to be United States District Judge for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.
- Cristian M. Stevens to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri.
- Aaron Lukas to be Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence.
- Bradley Hansell to be Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security.
- Arielle Roth to be Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information.
- John Hurley to be Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Crimes.
Cloture has been filed on the motion to proceed to H.R.3944, appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies. This cloture vote is expected to occur during Tuesday’s session.
