The Senate stands adjourned until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday. At that time, resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R. 7148, the Appropriations Minibus. Cloture has been filed on the motion to proceed. The Senate will recess from 12:30-2:15 for caucus luncheons. Votes are possible.
