- Confirmation of the Pettit nomination. Following disposition of the Pettit nomination
- Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Anthony J. Tata to be Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness.
Following the vote on the motion to invoke cloture, the Senate will recess for the weekly conference meetings.

Following the photo, the Senate will reconvene and vote on the following:
