The Senate convenes at 10:00 a.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Cal. #211, H.R.3935, an act to amend title 49, United States Code, to reauthorize and improve the Federal Aviation Administration and other civil aviation programs.
The Senate will recess from 1:00 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. to allow for weekly caucus meetings.
During Tuesday’s session, Senator Schumer filled the tree and filed cloture on H.R. 3935 and the Cantwell substitute amendment #1911 as modified. The filing deadline for first degree amendments to H.R. 3935 and the substitute is 1:00 pm tomorrow. The filing deadline for second degree amendments is 1 hour prior to the cloture vote, if cloture is invoked.
Roll call votes are possible during Wednesday’s session but have not been scheduled.
