7:14 p.m. Majority Leader Schumer filed cloture on HR 7691, the Ukraine Supplemental Aid package, and filled the tree. He then filed cloture on the following:
1. Motion to proceed to S. 4088, regarding COVID relief for restaurants.
2. Nomination of Stephanie Davis to be a circuit judge for the 6th circuit.

The following nominations were confirmed en bloc: Lane Tucker to be a US Attorney for Alaska; Rachelle Crowe to be US Attorney for Southern Illinois; Jesse Laslovich to be US Attorney for Montana; Alexander Uballez to be US Attorney for New Mexico; Maria Jorge to be US Alternate Executive Director of the Inter American Development Bank.

6:11 p.m. By a vote of 51-46, the Senate invoked cloture on Executive Calendar #802 Trina L. Thompson to be US District Judge for the Northern District of California.
