At 11:30 a.m. the Senate will hold 2 roll call votes:
- Confirmation of Jennifer Hall to be United States District Judge for the District of Delaware
- The Motion to invoke cloture on Julia Munley to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania
Following the cloture vote, the Senate will recess untill 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus lunches
At 2:15 p.m. the Senate will vote on the following:
- (If cloture is invoked) Confirmation of Julia Munley to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania
- Motion to invoke cloture on Karla Gilbride to be General Counsel of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
If cloture is invoked on the Gilbridge nomination, confirmation is expected during Tuesdays session.

6:30 p.m. By a vote of 63-26, the Senate invoked cloture on Jennifer Hall to be U.S. District Judge for the District of Delaware
5:30 p.m. The Senate is voting on the motion to invoke cloture on Jennifer Hall to be United States District Judge for the District of Delaware.
5:23 p.m. Senator Gillibrand spoke on the Israel- Hamas war.
5:04 p.m. Senator Cardin spoke on the Israel-Hamas war.
4:33 p.m. Senator Cornyn spoke on the Israel-Hamas war.
