The Senate convened for a pro forma session at 9:21 a.m. No business was conducted and Senator Carper presided.

The Senate will next convene for business on Monday, October 16th at 3:00 p.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of the nomination of Jennifer L. Hall to be United States District Judge for the District of Delaware.

At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Hall nomination.
