The Senate convened at 10:00 a.m. for a pro forma session only. No business was conducted and Senator Warnock presided.

When the Senate adjourns today, it will return for business at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20th. Following leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the Rikelman nomination post cloture. At 5:30 p.m. the Senate will vote on the confirmation of Julie Rikelman to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit.
