The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of Morning Business with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. At approximately 11:15 a.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #737 Evan Rikhye, of the Virgin Islands, to be Judge for the District Court of the Virgin Islands for a term of ten years.
