9:08 p.m. The Senate is now voting on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Andrew M. Luger to be United States Attorney for the District of Minnesota.

9:07 p.m., By a vote of 52-45, the Senate invoked cloture on the nomination of Anne Rachel Traum to be US District Judge for the District of Nevada.

8:53 p.m. The Senate began a vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #685 Anne Rachel Traum to be US District Judge for the District of Nevada.

8:52 p.m. By a vote of 53-44, the Senate invoked cloture on the Silva nomination.

Senators Collins, Graham and Murkowski voted yes.
