The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and following any Leader remarks will resume consideration of the nomination of Angela Veronica Colmenero to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas.

At 5:30 p.m. the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Colmenero nomination.

Sports bill: S.4668: Cloture has been filed on S.4668, the sports bill and the Cruz-Cantwell substitute amendment (6776) to S.4668.

The Senate began the Rule 14 process of placing the following bill directly on the Calendar:

• A bill to ratify and approve all authorizations, permits, verifications, extensions, biological opinions, incidental take statements, and any other approvals or orders issued pursuant to Federal law necessary for the establishment and administration of the Coastal Plain oil and gas leasing program, and for other purposes. (S.5438)

• A bill to establish the National Fraud Enforcement Division of the Department of Justice. (H.R.9576)
