At approximately 11:30 a.m., the Senate will execute the order of October 30, in relation to the confirmation of the Tung nomination.

The Senate will recess from 12:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus luncheons.

At approximately 2:15 p.m., the Senate will  vote on confirmation of Joshua D. Dunlap to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit.
