  • By unanimous consent, the Senate passed H.R. 346, NOTAM Improvement Act with the Cantwell substitute amendment.
  • By unanimous consent, the Senate adopted S.Res. 157, Commemorating the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Good Friday Agreement.
  • By unanimous consent, the Senate adopted S.Res. 204, Congratulating the University of Oklahoma Women’s Gymnastic Team for winning the 2023 NCAA Championship.

6:54 p.m. By a vote of 53-42, the Senate invoked cloture on the nomination of Felice Gorordo to be United State Alternate Executive Director of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Senators Collins, Romney and Young voted AYE.

Not voting: Senators Barrasso, Feinstein, Hoeven, Paul and Tillis.

5:55 p.m. The Senate is currently voting on the motion to invoke cloture to of the nomination of Felice Gorordo to be United State Alternate Executive Director of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Felice Gorordo to be United State Alternate Executive Director of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

At approximately 5:30 p.m. the Senate will proceed to one roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Gorordo nomination.
