5:26 p.m. The Senate began voting on cloture on the nomination of Brent Neiman to be a Deputy Under Secretary of the Treasury.

5:05 p.m. Majority Leader Schumer filed cloture on the nomination of Jessica Clarke to be a District Judge for the Southern District of New York; and the motion to proceed to repealing the AUMF regarding Iraq.

The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and following Leader remarks, will resume consideration of the nomination of Brent Neiman to be a Deputy Under Secretary of the Treasury. At approximately 5:30 p.m. the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Neiman nomination.
