At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motions to invoke cloture on the Pitts nomination and on Executive Calendar #26 Dale E. Ho, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York. If cloture is invoked on the nominations, at approximately 2:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Pitts and Ho nominations. At approximately 5:15pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #29 Nusrat Jahan Choudhury, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.

At approximately 11:30 a.m., the Senate will proceed to two votes:
1. Confirmation of the Allen nomination.
2. Cloture on the nomination of Hernan Vera to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California.
Following the Vera vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus luncheons.
At approximately 2:15 p.m., the Senate will proceed to a cloture vote on the nomination of Jared Bernstein to be Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers.
The Senate will recess from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. to allow for an All-Senators briefing.
