5:57 p.m. Majority Leader Schumer wrapped up for the evening. The Senate will convene on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. with votes at 12:00 noon, 2:45 and 5:00 p.m.
12:00pm – 1 roll call vote: Confirmation of Ann Marie McIff Allen, of Utah, to be United States District Judge for the District of Utah
2:45pm – 1 roll call vote: Passage of S.J.Res. 61 A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval of the rule submitted by the Federal Highway Administration relating to “National Performance Management Measures; Assessing Performance of the National Highway System, Greenhouse Gas Emissions Measure.” 
5:00pm – 1 roll call vote: Passage of H.J.Res.98 Providing for congressional disapproval of the rule submitted by the National Labor Relations Board relating to “Standard for Determining Joint Employer Status.”  

    5:56 p.m. The Senate invoked cloture on the Allen nomination, 97-2. Senators Scott of South Carolina and Sullivan voted no. Senator Cotton did not vote.

    4:29 p.m. The Senate began voting on cloture on the nomination of Ann Marie McIff Allen to be a District Judge for the District of Utah.

    4:28 p.m. The Senate confirmed the White nomination, 58-42. Republicans in favor: Collins, Graham, Kennedy, Murkowski, Romney, Rounds and Tillis.

    3:19 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination of Robert J. White to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.

    2:59 p.m. Senators Hoeven and Barrasso spoke about the Farmer Act.

    2:24 p.m. Senator Cornyn spoke about inflation.

    2:15 p.m. Senator Durbin spoke about judicial nominations.

    1:21 p.m. The Senate stands in recess until 2:15 p.m.

    1:20 p.m. By a vote of 58-42, the Senate invoked cloture on Robert J. White to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.

    • Republicans voting in favor: Collins, Graham, Kennedy, Murkowski, Romney, Rounds and Tillis.

    12:32 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Robert J. White to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.

    12:31 p.m. By a vote of 78-21, the Senate confirmed Susan M. Bazis to be a District Judge for Nebraska.

    • Senators Boozman, Braun, Britt, Budd, Cassidy, Cotton, Cramer, Cruz, Daines, Hagerty, Hawley, Hoeven, Lankford, Marshall, Mullin, Schmitt, Scott (FL), Scott (SC), Sullivan, Tuberville, and Vance voted against
    • Senator Fetterman did not vote

    11:30 a.m. The Senate is now voting on the confirmation of Susan M. Bazis to be a District Judge for Nebraska. 

    11:26 a.m. Senator Stabenow spoke in support of the nomination of Robert White to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.

    11:16 a.m. Senator Klobuchar spoke about the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore.

    11:02 a.m. Senator Wicker spoke on Vladimir Kara-Murza.

    10:55 a.m. Senator Thune spoke on Secretary Mayorkas.

    10:35 a.m. Republican Leader McConnell spoke on Israel and the Mangi nomination.

    10:20 a.m. Majority Leader Schumer spoke on abortion, Ukraine, student debt, and manufacturing.

    10:00 a.m. The Senate convened.

    The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. At that time, following any leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Susan M. Bazis to be a District Judge for Nebraska. 

    At 11:30 a.m. the Senate will proceed to two votes:
    1) Confirmation of the Bazis nomination.
    2) Cloture on the nomination of Robert J. White to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.

    Further votes are expected.
