The Senate will convene at 9:30 a.m. and resume consideration of H.Con.Res.71, FY18 budget resolution. It will be in order to call up the following amendments:

2. Capito amendment #1393 (Cantwell side-by-side)
3. Cantwell amendment #1141 (SALT)

At 11:45 a.m. the Senate will vote in relation to the above amendments.

Following disposition of the Cantwell amendment, the Warner amendment #1138 (strike PAYGO) will be called up. At 2:00 p.m. the Senate will vote in relation to the Warner amendment.

Expect a series of additional amendment votes during Thursday’s session in order to complete action on the budget resolution.
