3:49 p.m. The Senate adjourned and will reconvene at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, May 15. They will resume consideration of the nomination of Bradley Garcia to be US Circuit Judge for Washington DC. They will vote on confirmation of the nomination at 5:30 p.m.

2:28 p.m. By a vote of 54- 41, the Senate invoked cloture on Bradley N. Garcia to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit.

The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to en bloc consideration of S.J. Res. 23, Critical Habitat CRA and S.J. Res. 24, Northern Long-Eared Bat CRA.

At 11:00 a.m. the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes on the following:

  1. Adoption of S.J. Res. 23, Critical Habitat CRA
  2. Adoption of S. J. Res. 24, Northern Long-Eared Bat CRA

Following disposition of the resolutions, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of the nomination of Bradley N. Garcia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit, and will immediately recess subject to the Call of the Chair to allow for a special Democratic Caucus meeting.

At approximately 1:45 p.m. the Senate will proceed to one roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Bradley N. Garcia to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit.
