Cloture was filed on the following nominations:

The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and resume consideration of HR 3076, the postal reform bill. Majority Leader Schumer filed cloture on HR 3076 on Wednesday evening.

At 11:00 a.m. the Senate will proceed to consideration of SJ Res 38, regarding the Covid emergency declaration of March 2020, with a vote on passage expected at approximately 2:00 p.m.
