At 5:30 p.m. the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Elizabeth Allen to be Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy.

2:36 p.m. By a vote of 55-39, the Senate confirmed the nomination of Molly R. Silfen to be a Judge of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

1:40 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on confirmation of Molly R. Silfen to be a Judge of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

1:27 p.m. Senator Brown spoke on locating Space Command Space and Space Force assets in Ohio.

1:27 p.m. The Senate invoked cloture on the Silfen nomination, 55-41. Republicans voting in favor: Collins, Graham, Kennedy, McConnell and Murkowski. Senators not voting: Barrasso, Lummis, Murra and Tillis.

12:36 p.m. The Senate began voting on cloture on the nomination of Molly Silfen to be a Judge of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

12:35 p.m. The Senate confirmed the Syed nomination, 54-42.

At approximately 11:30 a.m. the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:

2. Cloture on Executive Calendar #166 Molly Silfen to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
