At 11:30 a.m., we expect two votes on the Paul amendments #1217 and 1347, each with a 60 vote threshold:
1. Paul amendment #1217: to require a full audit of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal reserve banks by the Comptroller General of the United States.
2. Paul amendment #1347: to reduce the amounts appropriated in divisions B and C and to rescind amounts appropriated to the Internal Revenue Service.

The following are the only other remaining amendments to the substitute amendment #1092 to HR 4366, each with 60 vote thresholds:
1. Cramer amendment to prohibit the use of funds to finalize, implement, administer, or enforce the proposed rule of the Federal Highway Administration relating to greenhouse gas emissions performance measures. (1241)
2. Cruz amendment to ensure that United States diplomats and officials of the U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission are able to advance efforts seeking compliance by the United Mexican States with the 1944 Treaty on Utilization of Waters of the Colorado and Tijuana Rivers and of the Rio Grande.
