11:48 p.m. H.R. 748, the 3rd coronavirus emergency supplemental was agreed to 96-0. Senators Lee, Paul, Romney and Thune were absent.

11:19 p.m. Roll call vote began on passage of H.R. 748.

11:18 p.m. The Sassed amendment was not agreed to 48-48.
