12:20 p.m. By a vote of 55-44, the Senate confirmed the nomination of Eric Turner to be Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. Senators Fetterman and Welch voted in favor. Senators Alsobrooks did not vote.

11:37 a.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination of Eric Turner to be Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.

  1. Confirmation of the nomination of Eric Turner to be Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
