3:59 p.m. By a vote of 50-44 the motion to invoke cloture on the en bloc nominations provided under the provisions of S.Res.817 was agreed to. Senators not voting: Blackburn, Gallego, Hyde-Smith, Klobuchar, McConnell, and Warnock.

3:04 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the en bloc nominations provided under the provisions of S.Res.817.

3:03 p.m. By a vote of 51-44, the Senate confirmed Erica Schwartz to be Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Senators not voting: Blackburn, Gallego, Johnson, Klobuchar, and McConnell. Senator Kaine (D) voted aye.

At 11:30 a.m. the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Erica Schwartz to be Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

At 2:15 p.m., if cloture is invoked, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes on the following:
