2. Hagerty Amendment #72 (60 vote affirmative threshold)

Following disposition of the Hagerty amendment, Senator Tuberville will make a motion to proceed to S.J.Res.10, providing for congressional disapproval of the rule submitted by the Department of Veterans Affairs relating to “Reproductive Health Services”.

The Senate will recess from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. to allow for an all Senators briefing on the discord files.
