6:07 p.m. Senator Durbin spoke about the Supreme Court vacancy.

6:04 p.m. Cloture was invoked on H.R. 6337, the CR, 82-6.

Senators voting against: 5 Republicans: Cruz, Hawley, Lee, Loeffler, Paul and Toomey.

Senators NOT voting: Alexander, Blackburn, Blunt, Coons, Harris, Moran, Rubio, Sanders, Sasse, Schatz, Tester, and Tillis.

5:30 p.m. Roll Call vote began on cloture on the CR.

4:42 p.m. Senator Schumer filed cloture on S. 4653, To protect healthcare of hundreds of millions of people of the United States.

The Senate will convene at 3 p.m. and will resume consideration of H.R. 8337, the resolution to continue federal spending at current levels. There will be a cloture vote on H.R. 8337 at 5:30 p.m.
