The Senate convened for a pro forma session today at 8:00 a.m. No business was conducted and Senator Hawley presided.

The Senate will next convene for a pro forma session on Thursday, May 28th at 3:30 p.m.

When the Senate adjourns on the 28th it will stand adjourned until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1. At 5:30, the Senate will vote on cloture on the nomination of Kathleen Lane to be a District Judge for the District of Montana.

Cloture has also been filed on the nomination of Jeffrey Kuhlman to be a District Judge for the District of Kansas.
