The Senate met for a pro forma session at 5:00 p.m. Senator Butler presided and no business was conducted.

Thursday April 4th at 2:00 p.m.
The Senate returns for business on Monday, April 8 at 3:00 p.m. Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Susan Bazis to be United States District Judge for the District of Nebraska.
At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on cloture on the Bazis nomination.
