5:45 p.m. By a vote of 63-32, the Senate waived the Scott (FL) Budget Point of Order with respect to H.R. 4346 {legislative vehicle for CHIPS+ legislation}. Republicans voting in favor: Senators Blunt, Burr, Capito, Cassidy, Collins, Cornyn, Graham, Hagerty, McConnell, Moran, Portman, Romney, Sasse, Sullivan, Tillis, Wicker, and Young. Senator Sanders voted No. Senators Duckworth, Hawley, Leahy, Manchin, and Murkowski.

The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and following any Leader remarks, will resume consideration of the Message accompanying S.3373, the legislative vehicle for the Honoring Our PACT Act. Cloture has been filed on the motion to concur, and the amendment tree has been filled.At approximately 11:00 a.m., we expect the Senate will to return to the CHIPS+ legislation and begin a cloture vote on the motion to concur in the House Message with substitute amendment #5135 (re: CHIPS+) to H.R.4346.The Senate will recess from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings. Additional roll call votes are possible during today’s session.
