The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and following any leader remarks will resume consideration of the nomination of Joshua Simmons to be General Counsel of the Central Intelligence Agency.

At approximately 11:30 a.m the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Simmons nomination.

Following the Simmons vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus luncheons.

At approximately 2:20 p.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination of Sara Bailey to be Director of National Drug Control Policy.
