The Senate met for a pro forma session at 9:00 a.m. Senator Kaine presided and no business was conducted. The Senate will next convene for a pro forma session on Friday, February 23th at 3:00 p.m. and return for business on Monday, February 26 at 3:00 p.m. with one vote that evening at 5:30 p.m.
