Senators Booker and Moran did not vote.

1:49 p.m. The Senate is now voting on the confirmation of Anna M. Gomez to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission for a term of five years from July 1, 2021

1:23 p.m. By a vote of 55-43, the Senate invoked cloture on the nomination of Anna M. Gomez to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission for a term of five years from July 1, 2021. Republican senators voting in favor: Capito, Collins, Murkowski, Rounds, and Young. Senators not voting: Booker and Moran.

12:37 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Anna M. Gomez to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission for a term of five years from July 1, 2021.

12:36 p.m. By a vote of 53-45, the nomination of Adriana Kugler to be a member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the unexpired term of fourteen years from February 1, 2012 was confirmed. Republicans voting aye: Senators Collins, Murkowski and Rounds. Not voting: Senators Booker and Moran.

11:52 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination of Adriana Kugler to be a member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the unexpired term of fourteen years from February 1, 2012.

The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and following any leader remarks, will resume consideration of the nomination of Adriana Kugler to be a member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the unexpired term of fourteen years from February 1, 2012.

At approximately 11:45 a.m., the Senate will proceed to two votes:
1. Confirmation of the Kugler nomination.
2. Cloture on the nomination of Anna Gomez to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission for a term of five years from July 1, 2021.

At approximately 1:45 p.m. the Senate will proceed to one vote on confirmation of the Gomez nomination.
