9:39 p.m. Senators Wyden and Sullivan spoke on the nomination of Charles F. Sams to the National Park Service. Senator Wyden asked unanimous consent to call up and confirm the nomination of Charles Sams to be Director of the National Park Service. The nomination was confirmed by a voice vote.

9:35 p.m. Senator Schumer spoke and said the Senate will not finish NDAA tonight.
