The Senate will convene at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, May 17th. Following leader remarks, Senator Paul will be recognized to make a motion to proceed to S. Con. Res. 36 and that there be up to 90 minutes of debate, with 45 minutes under the control of Senator Paul, or his designee, and 45 minutes under the control of the Democratic Leader, or his designee and then a vote on the motion at about 11:15 a.m.
