The Senate is considering the nomination of Robert Lighthizer to be US Trade Representative.  Cloture was filed on this nomination on Tuesday and a vote on the motion to invoke cloture will occur at 11:00 a.m. today.  *Cloture was filed Wednesday on the nominations of Jeffrey Rosen to be Deputy Secretary of Transportation and Rachel Brand to be Assistant Attorney General.
