The Senate convened for a pro forma session at 10:00 a.m. Senator Coons presided and no business was conducted.

The Senate is now adjourned until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 11th.

At that time, following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of  Executive Calendar #599 Ashish Vazirani to be a Deputy Under Secretary of Defense.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on cloture on the Vazirani nomination.

Cloture has also been filed on the following nominations:
1. Executive Calendar #1037 Steven Dettelbach to be Director, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
2. Executive Calendar #975 Michael Barr to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
3. Executive Calendar #976 Michael Barr to be Vice Chairman for Supervision of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
