Brett Ludwig to be a District Judge for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Christy Wiegand to be a District Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Hala Jarbou to be a District Judge for the Western District of Michigan.

Thomas Cullen to be a District Judge for the Western District of Virginia.

Diane Gujarati to be District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.

Passed by voice vote: Nomination of Michael Nemelka to be Deputy US Trade Representative for Investment Services, Labor, Environment, Africa, China, and the Western Hemisphere; Richard Giacolone, to be Director of Federal Mediation and Conciliation; Alina Marshall and Christian Weiler to be judges of US Tax Court.
