3:29 p.m. The Senate adjourned until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday April 23rd.

3:27 p.m. The Senate returned from the recess. Majority Leader Schumer announced that the Senate will next convene on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. At that time, following any leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.3935 to reauthorize the Federal Aviation Administration. Further, the Majority Leader is expected to request that the Chair lay the message accompanying H.R.815, Supplemental Appropriations, before the Senate. Then he is expected to fill the amendment tree and file cloture with respect to the message. The cloture motion will ripen upon disposition of a Lee or designee motion to table a pending amendment if such motion is made, or at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
Thus we expect two votes on Tuesday beginning at 1:00 p.m.:

1. Lee or designee motion to table an amendment on the amendment tree.
2. Cloture on the motion to concur in the House amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R.815, Supplemental Appropriations
